Includes:
Pre-Start Package provides a second set of eyes over your home along with saving time and ensuring a beautifully detailed design and finish to your home
Initial consultation to discuss your design vision for your home and working through the plan and layout which may require some tweaks to maximise an amazing design and flow
Digital images to define the visual style to be achieved
Exterior & Interior Colour Schemes – Cabinets, Tiles, Paints, flooring – Covers a 2 hr trip to the Builders designated tile shop to complete cabinets, tiles, exterior, and interior colours
Work through Builders provision for standard items
Specifications – detailed written selection specification noting fixtures and finishes required for the builder
Comprehensive design documentation for builders – marked up drawings noting selections and changes to builders plans
This covers a 4 x 2 home – There may be additional charges, but it's best to make contact and forward your plans through to ensure no additional charges
There may be additional charges for Custom Design homes and shopping trips for fixtures and fittings outside the builder's specified list.
